Power Tip or Tool Tip
Progressive Disclosure Pattern
There is a power tip or tool tip pluggin for word press that allows you to reveal more information when hovering an element. This is done by adding a style to the element. A typical use for this would be a link element to allow the user to preview or get more information about where that link goes. it can also be used to merely add information to something on your page that you wish to have an explanation.
A good example of use would be to add it to a styled element such as an li tag. In this way you can have links that give your site visitors a hint or tip on what that link is about if they click on it. This is very helpful in reducing click monkey behavior and can make for a better user experience on your site.
